Siphon - Damme

A must when we come to Bruges: our little escapade always passes through Damme. This restaurant has a soul, the staff is charming and the quality of the dishes is exceptional.

Great reception. Warm and friendly staff. Always listening. The kitchen is excellent. One of the specialties: eels with different preparations. Grilled meat with wood fire. Dessert and all good Irish. And all this has a very reasonable price. In brief as the reception and the table. When we go to the coast, it's a forced passage. Thank you.
