I don't understand why it's so hard to comprehend "no lettuce, extra pickles." I consistently end up with a salad and no pickles! It's frustrating and not just a one-time occurrence.

Witharbeiter always get my orders here wrong. whoever takes the little girl who commands on the laufwerk thru is rude and simply does not know how to talk to customers at all. Last time I come to this place, what a sweat. all the others were very polite, only those one person. shouldn't even command her.

I have attempted to dine at this restaurant on multiple occasions, only to be disappointed when they were out of items I tried to order. A few days ago, I was told the credit card machine was down on a Saturday night around 8 pm (July 9). Despite these issues, I decided to give them another chance and visited for breakfast on July 12. I was happy to see that there was no wait this time. I hope the CEO or management takes these reviews into consideration and improves their inventory management to avoid inconveniencing first-time customers. The fries were delicious.

In all honesty I generally try to avoid this wendys due to previous experiences, but the family wanted it, and I did not feel like driving in the city. I know almost food like most industries are short, but if they hate them work to be rude, they find something different. the girl who takes orders would ask if I had something before I finished talking. I ordered a taco salad and a coke among other objects and was told that they were from chili and koks. I say yes, no big supply chain problems? go into the window to pay, and it is the same girl, I give her my card, she gives me the drinks while I was interrupted her day, I ask for a drink carrier and she practically it with me while she rolled her eyes. I really had to contain myself and if I hadn't paid, I would have done, but I didn't want to deal with them inside. they shot a bag with eating at me and closed the window so that I scream through the window that they forget the taco salad without chili and they open the window and throw it. I'm sorry, a great day, and last time I'm driving a parking lot.

My order was completely wrong, the food was half-cooked, and the fries were overly salted to the point of being inedible! I will be contacting corporate about this, especially because some of the food was for children. Make sure to check your food before leaving, especially if kids are dining with you!
