Great experience been here twice and always receive good service and food always freshly made

I've always loved Chick-fil-A. The food is always good, the staff is always so friendly, and the atmosphere is always calm and relaxing.

I would have gave five stars on everything but the drive-thru does not have a menu so I had to give my one star

Mall food courts? A Chick-fil-A inside it? Good service? To answer your question, yes, everything about it is good and I definitely feel like this deserves a five star! Service is very good and especially the food. It matches like every single other location I went to.. Chick Fil-A hits the spot and it is the best I've seen so far.. I know this is from a mall, and it's sad to see it dying but this one has some good food and it will gain more positive recognition over time. Employees there are kind and respectful.. good definitely was hot and tasty.

The new way of servicing the dine in customer is not good. If you order just a drink you should not have to wait for food orders to be filled before you get your drink. Until this changes I won’t be coming there any longer. You should have a dine in employee helping the dine in customer.
