Sushi Box - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I've been a loyal customer at Sushi Box, but I'm increasingly frustrated with their service. Despite paying extra for a side of spicy aioli, it's consistently provided in minimal amounts, and I'm always charged for it. Additionally, during my recent visit, I requested a side of lime for my edamame, only to be told they didn't have any, despite a lime being visibly present. These recurring issues are disappointing and call into question the quality of service at this establishment.

Great sushi. Fast. Neighborhood gem. Well priced. High quality.

My favorite sushi spot in Dallas it's such a hole in the wall but it's incredibly fresh! Tonight was our second time coming and it got BUSY but you know it's totally worth the wait. You guys are amazing and I look forward to the next time I get to eat here, I almost want to come back tomorrow for lunch ?

Rudest woman working. Been getting the same thing for months here and now she wants to charge extra. Funny how the manager wasn’t there and she was okay with a customer walking away. Too bad bc the food is amazing.

First time here and the sushi was amazing! This will definitely be my go to spot for sushi! I had a minor issue with ordering online, but the team here took care of it. They were was super attentive and immediately knew how to resolve my issue. 10/10 recommend!
