Bidra med feedbackI had just arrived to this Starbucks around 6:30 am. When I walked up to the entrance there was an employee getting a young kitten out of her car"s engine compartment. The kitten was wedge in the back engine area, and we could not get to it. The kitten was frightened and would not come out. After about 30 minutes of trying to feed it and cousk it out, the young lady called her boyfriend to come and help.. After he arrived he took the under carriage off the car and freed the kitten. This young lady then found a friend that was interested in taking the kitten home. Thank goodness for this young sweet girl and all her kindness. Just another day at Starbucks !!!!!
My recent visit to Starbucks left much to be desired, particularly in terms of service and drink quality. Unfortunately, my coffee order was prepared incorrectly, and while the staff attempted to rectify the mistake, their approach was not satisfactory. When I requested a different substitute, I was surprised to be asked to pay for it. This kind of business practice does not align with expectations of great service. Additionally, I found the interaction with the staff to be confrontational rather than focused on resolving the issue or providing excellent customer service. Moving forward, I hope Starbucks located this store prioritizes improving their service and ensuring consistent drink quality to enhance customer experiences.
Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to and I go to one everyday.. employees are not kind and very irritable, probably overworked.
Workers there aren't well trained and don't know how to give good service to the customers.
Love this location they always get my coffee order right and delicious!
