Workers there aren't well trained and don't know how to give good service to the customers.

Love this location they always get my coffee order right and delicious!

Purchased a hot Carmel macchiato. Was very good. Friendly staff here.

People working here are great! They are super nice and get my order correct. They are also friendly at the pick-up window. One star off for Food because I got a stale bakery item recently, which was a disappointment. Otherwise, all good. Parking here is minimal and can be difficult during busy times as the drive-through line blocks parked cars. In addition, the drive-through line only accommodates a few cars, so cars waiting for the drive-through can back up onto Northwest Highway, which blocks traffic. Not the best location for a store that gets a lot of business.
