Shake Shack Old Town

Delicious food! The fries and burger were top-notch, and the strawberry shake was fantastic as well. This place is a must-visit if you're in the area. The manager's interaction with the customers really made us feel valued.

I stopped by to order a drink, and the young woman at the counter tossed my drink and straw onto the counter without a word before walking away. I understand that she was likely eager to leave for the day, but I was simply placing an order. This location really needs to improve its customer service skills. Plus, my strawberry lemonade was terrible!

I visited this restaurant for dinner and had a bit of a hiccup while paying. My card was declined twice, even though there were funds available. I felt embarrassed and apologized for the trouble. However, one of the employees, Mack, generously offered to pay for my meal, which really touched me. The customer service here is excellent, the place is clean, and the food is delicious! You can’t go wrong dining here!

It was already part of one of my favorite places to eat. Burgers are delicious. It was my first time and I was not disappointed. I bought the avocado bacon burger, they have to come.
