Shake Shack Old Town

I came in to order a drink and the young lady at the front literally threw my drink and straw on the counter and walked away and didn't acknowledge me when I spoke. I get you're ready to go home but I literally ordered a drink. This location needs training on customer service, and bad. And my strawberry lemonade was AWFUL!

Great food. Quality fries and burger! Strawberry shake was awesome too. A must stop if you are in the area. The manager engaging with the customers made us feel appreciated.

Came here to get dinner.. after ringing up my order I tried my card twice, it was declined both times although there was money on the card... I was embarrassed and apologized... Mack an employee here paid for my dinner, and I was really moved by that. Great customer service, clean environment, and delicious food! Can't go wrong coming here!

It was already part of one of my favorite places to eat. Burgers are delicious. It was my first time and I was not disappointed. I bought the avocado bacon burger, they have to come.
