Update: Lots of apologetic responses from the owner in other reviews….but based on my experience, they don’t really care to actually resolve anything. I reached out to the customer service email given and this was the automatic reply: "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups. The recipient 's mailbox is full and can 't accept messages now "Food is great, but service at this location was dismal. I waited for over 40 minutes standing after making my sandwich selection. They had piles of sandwiches on the toaster and just kept working on online orders instead finishing my sandwich with toppings and checking me out. The customer in front of me was handed her meal and waited 20 minutes just to checkout. They completely ignored her for that long while working on online orders.

Some of the nicest, most attentive staff I have encountered. Great Job!

Completely disregarded all custom items requested for delivery. Lazy and annoying. Food was fine otherwise.

The sandwich was good (light on the meat), and the chili was good for the folks who don't care for spicy hot. The Broccoli cheese soup turned to a watery mess shortly after I started eating it.Service was apathetic, couldn't care less attitude!Convenient location for our Home2 Suites stay.

Went on 11/4/2023 around 1:15 pm. Walked in and was wondering if it was closing it was dark no lights on at all. They never say welcome or how can I help you. Customer service is off the chain horrible. Was told no one could eat in there because they don’t have anyone to clean. I was thinking to myself umm you have two of you working but ok. They were not helpful at all with the menu or giving extra little helpful ideas what all can go on the sandwich. If I could give this place a zero I would. The worst $60 spent on two sandwiches, two bags of chips and 4 cookies. Do not expect eye contact or a smile from the white guy that was working in there. I could go on and on about the horrible customer service this was. DO NOT GO HERE!!
