Potbelly - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

The sandwich was good (light on the meat), and the chili was good for the folks who don't care for spicy hot. The Broccoli cheese soup turned to a watery mess shortly after I started eating it.Service was apathetic, couldn't care less attitude!Convenient location for our Home2 Suites stay.

Went on 11/4/2023 around 1:15 pm. Walked in and was wondering if it was closing it was dark no lights on at all. They never say welcome or how can I help you. Customer service is off the chain horrible. Was told no one could eat in there because they don’t have anyone to clean. I was thinking to myself umm you have two of you working but ok. They were not helpful at all with the menu or giving extra little helpful ideas what all can go on the sandwich. If I could give this place a zero I would. The worst $60 spent on two sandwiches, two bags of chips and 4 cookies. Do not expect eye contact or a smile from the white guy that was working in there. I could go on and on about the horrible customer service this was. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Best Potbelly’s location in town. Great staff great food ! Any sandwich or salad on the menu with extra peppers is a belly full !!
