Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Food was good...was 1 of 2 people there. Must have been a slow time. Margaritas were good though.

Edit; I’ve had the runs since yesterday 4/26, thannkkkksssss ????Used to order for lunch frequently but recently it’s gone really downhill! Food isn’t as tasty and even the chips with queso and beef have fallen off. I’ve gotten wrong orders and it’s just not what it was before. So disappointing considering I loved this locations food.

I tried to give this place a couple of tries after the bad experience I had about a month ago. My friend told me the service and food is normally not bad so I gave it another try since it’s really close to my job. I went back once a week since then and the service was ok and the food was ok. Today I go and a window is broke so I mentioned to the lady at the counter that is was still some glass on the floor. I have on really thick sandals so the glass didn’t go through my shoe but the chunks were in the grooves of my shoe. Plus one of their little kids was running around behind the counter and by the door and I didn’t want him to get cut. I was having a conversation with a coworker and was laughing but ended the conversation once I figured out what I wanted to order. I ordered a grilled cod taco with no tomatoes and lettuce and a tempura shrimp quesadilla with no pico. I didn’t have my new card on Apple Pay so I had to go get it out the car and it took me a couple of minutes to find it. I came back and paid for my food. I didn’t know she had re rung up my food. Once I got my food I realized it was a grilled quesadilla, I tried and didn’t like it so I went back to the front and the girl went off saying she repeated back the order which she did the first time. Then her sidekick which I have encountered several times cause she normally takes my order. She has even suggested a couple of things for me to try. I didn’t like most but I never asked for another side or for something else just threw it in the trash and didn’t order it again. So I told her I come here at least once a week and pretty much order the same thing grilled fish or tempura shrimp (I tried the grilled shrimp awhile ago and didn’t like cause it bland). She tells me that I have had an attitude since I walked through the door even though I was laughing and joking with my coworker. She basically said what did I want her to do about it. So I asked for a refund and left before things went left. I don’t know what happen to their window but it doesn’t surprised me if that happened because of the service.

Cooks don't know what cheese is and will substitute more egg for it. I keep thinking this time it will be better, but go back for constant undercooked dissapointment. Service is good and friendly though.

3-1-24: Got Fuzzy’s for takeout and the food was pretty good! Chicken Quesadilla is rly flavorful and bang for its buck. Shrimp taco was delicious and Breakfast taco was everything you would expect. The cashier was really friendly and the food came out really quickly.
