I always valued the impeccable customer service model created by the late S. Truett Cathy. Unfortunately, this location fails every trip. The morning crew is rude and not efficient. Loyal customers to Chick-fil-a pull into the drive-through with an expectation to receive quality food a great experience and that one of a kind its my pleasure character from the staff. This group is the polar opposite their interactions, screams, take your food, and go.I will never go back to this location. My experience has been subpar, and reading the most recent reviews, my experience seems to be shared by others at different times also.I don 't know the ladies who worked on 1/8 before 9 am, but they definitely need people skills and a course in the chic-fil-a customer service model.It is so sad to see the behavior of a few diminish the brand. So sad ?
Ask all delivery drivers to confirm orders. Don't pick and choose. This is to the man with the ponytail.
