Bidra med feedbackI finally decided to try this place after seeing an article touting the brand. Got a burger and fries to go. The burger was good, if a little dry. It seems that the tiniest amount of dressing (like thousand island) was put on one bun, and then scraped off, so all that was left was the color. I added my own condiments at home, and it was tasty enough. But the fries! This is a picture. They looked over cooked, but I thought maybe they cook them differently than other places, and they just LOOK overcooked. I looked at their website, and their photos show a completely different color of fries. Tentatively, I tried one. WAY overcooked. Granted, I hadn't given them a chance to make it right, since I was already home before I noticed. But I remember that the guy at the register looked in the bag before he dropped some catsup packages in. How could he not notice, and correct it before handing me the bag?
The food was delicious! I got the BurgerFi Burger, and I ?loved it! I'm really glad I found a place that has quality beef and fresh veggies, it makes all the different in a burger.The fries are a must have, they were perfectly salted and all around yummy!
When this store first opened they were outstanding both the food and the service. This isn't the case anymore. Ive been here many times but this will be my last. If, the owner does not care about his business neither will I. Not any more. I recently sent an email to the corporate headquarters and no response. I sent a new one to another individual at the corporate headquarters and I did receive a phone call almost immediately. I let them know of both the food and the service were quite bad. The individual I spoke with said they had a hard time getting good people to work this location which surprised me as it's a very nice area to be in. The food was also lacking in size and appearance. This individual said he was going to have a conversation with the franchise owner later and that they would probably call. Well that didn't happen either. When I went there from the beginning the food was outstanding and the portions were equally as good. Unfortunately this was not the case now. The 3 chicken tenders were more like 3 bites which is not what they usually are. They are much larger. I am enclosing a photo with my car key for reference. I was told by the corporate individual that their suppliers are difficult right now to which I replied this isn't difficult if they see that the portions are far too small then add some larger ones to offset, instead I received excuses for what was given. There are three places that have outstanding fast food and customer service near here, the Velvet Taco, Taco Deli, In And Out, and mooyah burger. These all offer great service and a real manager presence if they can do it so can this owner. Theres no telling how much business he's actually missing due to lack of management presence. Now the people that work there could care less about being Hospitable or anything else for that matter. When I walked in they were all in the back talking and saw me and said nothing, continuing to talk and then come out and said, what can I get you. Wow this entire crew should be gone. It's obvious they don't have an owner or manager that has the guts to call them on their lack of hospitality and service. I won't be going back as there are other burger places I can go to that are just as good in the area. Nothing really surprises me anymore between poor service and food quality I'll go elsewhere especially since the cost is much more now.
Great burger! We had the bacon cheese burger , the cheese was perfectly melted. So good. We also had a hot dog, fries and onion rings! All really hit the spot!
The burgers are good. Issue is price to burger ratio to price. The buger is small for the price. The large order of fries was true to its name and it was a lot of fries. Milkshakes were not all that. I got the oreo and it didnt really taste like oreo at all.
