Burgerfi - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Great burger! We had the bacon cheese burger , the cheese was perfectly melted. So good. We also had a hot dog, fries and onion rings! All really hit the spot!

The burgers are good. Issue is price to burger ratio to price. The buger is small for the price. The large order of fries was true to its name and it was a lot of fries. Milkshakes were not all that. I got the oreo and it didnt really taste like oreo at all.

Stopped for lunch while doing errands in the area had their basic cheeseburger, fries and soda. The burger was excellent juicy, fresh toppings and a good bun. Minus one star for the bacon could have thicker and more flavorful. Fries were great and the basic order is enough for two people. Very clean inside. Went back a few weeks later to try their CEO a Wagyu beef cheeseburger. For several dollars more I was expecting perfection but it didn 't taste any better than the standard burger. Overall, a better burger than most and I 'll be a repeat customer.

Excellent burger. Also give you a generous portion of fries. Everything was great!

I usually do not leave reviews as business can have bad days. Decided to give this another shot as my first time as good food and although food took some time to come out it was ok. I went in around 7:30 on 1/10. The restaurant was empty. Ordered a FI burgwr, fries and hot dog to share with mom. It was the worst service I have ever gotten. After 20 min of waiting, I went to the counter to see how long the wait was. There were only 2 employees one tall African American male and young Hispanic female. After asking the question she rolled her eyes at me and and asked if I had a problem. I did not engage and asked what her name was... she turned around and walked the other way. I then asked for manager who was the other gentlemen. He was smiling and thought this was funny. Again would not provide name or card. Came home ... the food was cold, the fries were burnt, the hot dog was way over salted and the cheese and in hamburger tasted liked something out of a cafeteria For a 20 min wait and paying 20 dollars for burger and fries, this was embarrassing. I Almost never leave food on the table as this is how I was raised I had 2 bites of the burger and threw the rest out, same with hot dog and raw with fries the were all burnt. Mom again does not go out much so she loves getting a treat here or there, she didn't want her food either. I don't know what happens since last time but I would advise you eat somewhere else
