Bidra med feedbackThe food made me really ill—like, seriously sick. I usually love Burger King, but this time it just didn't sit well with me at all.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the management. The shift manager displayed racist behavior and had an incredibly unprofessional attitude. When I came to pick up my online order, which I had placed using points I redeemed through the app, she tried to pressure me into making an additional purchase. The customer service was poor overall, and I appreciated that the cashier remained honest and professional despite the manager's attempts to coerce him into lying.
I specifically ordered a #9 with a large drink, but instead received a #9 with a large fry and drink, and was charged for it. That's an issue. Additionally, both the Hi-C and Lemonade were so watered down that they tasted like flavored water, which is a problem since I don't drink soda. Lastly, I found tater tots mixed in with my fries, which was unexpected, but at least the food was fresh.
I had a great experience during my visit on a weekend afternoon. The food met my expectations, though it took a little longer to arrive than I anticipated. After a swim at Cedar Hill State Park, I found the Burger King a bit cold, but that might have been because I was still wet from swimming. The gentleman who took my order was both efficient and friendly.
Parking: There is a dedicated parking lot just for customers.
