The Kitchen Table-sheraton Dallas

The room itself was pleasant; however, the bathroom felt cramped. The sink was uncomfortably close to the tub, and unfortunately, I found a large water bug in the tub! To make matters worse, the stopper broke, but I called maintenance, and the technician was quick to resolve the issue and was very courteous. I did notice several grasshoppers around the hotel, particularly in the lobby and some of our conference rooms. My suggestion would be to conduct a thorough pest control treatment, as it’s not something you would expect at a nice hotel. As for nearby activities, there’s a lot to explore in the area, from clubs and bars to museums and cultural markets. In terms of walkability, there are several restaurants within walking distance. Just across the street is a plaza with a variety of dining options and a convenience store.

The hotel itself was excellent. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but when I did, everything was satisfactory. I was there for work, and I found the convention center area to be quite nice, along with the rooms and restaurants. The only real downside was the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. While this isn't the hotel's fault and the entrance is well-maintained, a few of us walked to the subway restaurant located behind the hotel and noticed that we could have easily purchased any type of drugs we wanted. It's not the safest area. Hopefully, the city will address this issue in the future. Given that it's close to the train and tram stops, I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised.

I had a fantastic experience! Bianca at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and considerate. She truly represents the excellent service I received from several other staff members during my visit! I will definitely be returning.

The location, room maintenance were good but the check-in staff is not a friendly and most importantly, the WIFI in the room was terrible. this issue persisted throughout my 5 day stay and it seems like there's no improvement insight from the

I guess it's nice... All amenities are very expensive, no free water, coffee or breakfast. My mini fridge doesn't really work. I wouldn't pay this room rate to stay here, but I understand why other people would. Only here because of a paid work trip. Good things include: Centrally located, Good for conventions, Local transit nearby the staff has been helpful for the most part. Check-in staff was excellent. Also, the breakfast line at the Open Market area was very well managed. Think Chick-fil-A. Bruce at the Draft Sport Bar restaurant was really great. That guy can do a million things at once. I enjoyed my meal at Open Pallette. It was very good. Weirdly though, the host staff tried to dissuade me from waiting for a table. No one else was on the wait list. I waited 10 mins and was seated. It was strange.
