Oh my goodness, the BBQ, mac and cheese, and cornbread were fantastic! The portions were enormous, too. My husband and I shared a meal and still couldn't finish it all. I would highly recommend this place!

Sweet Georgia Brown's offers the best soul food I've ever tasted! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I’m sorry to hear that some people have had negative experiences, but mine has been wonderful every single time. The pork chops are fantastic, and my favorite sides are the cabbage and Black Eyed Peas, although the cabbage was a bit overcooked, it was still very tasty! The ribs are tender and flavorful. I can't get enough of the fried chicken, and my top pick is the catfish paired with their homemade tartar sauce. I even bought a pint of the tartar sauce to take home and enjoyed it with my fried fish so much that I found myself eating it straight from the container! I have a real craving for this food, and I make a point to visit every time I'm in Dallas. I only wish there were a location closer to home. While the decor might not be the most appealing, it doesn't matter because the food is absolutely delicious!

The restaurant may be small, but it's definitely worth a visit. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is outstanding—truly the best comfort food I've had.

The food was so good and the staff were friendly and patient because it was so much to choose from I was very indecisive.. I had baked chicken, dressing with gravy and cranberry sauce, cabbage and yams. Everything was delicious!!

Sweet Georgia Brown Today I ate at the world famous Sweet Georgia Brown. This is my second stop on following up on one of the tiktokers I follow Mr. ChimeTime. First of all they do give you a lot of food for what you pay for. When I thought it was aone meat and two vegetables plate, I was surely mistaken when they said what's your third vegetable or side item. I even hadthe nerves to ask for a vegetable plate for extra food ????. I do got to say I'll be eating the rest of this food tomorrow???? If you're in the area or willing to travel this is a definitely stop, pick up and go spot.
