Sonic Drive-in - Dallas

Only rating a 1 star to leave a rating, but this is the most beautiful Sonic I've ever had. I ordered Bbq Popcorn shrimps and chicken ornaments for my toddlers. The food tasted old, as it just looked and the only thing that tasted fresh was the French fries. You should be ashamed to give me such food, especially knowing that it was for my children. I will never go to this place again!!!

So this sound sucks. Included and waited like 10 minutes for the ride to stand no one answered. So I'll pull out and go through. Girl answers and I need to repeat my order three times while she laughs all confused. Girl seemed like she was on Xanax or something. She gave me the order, just like I told her. She said it right. Pull up to the window, wait 5 minutes, turns out that HALF THE ORDER was wrong. Wrong burrito and missing mozzarella sticks. Age I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this is the worst sound experience I've ever had. I was literally accused of something I didn't get.

I never write reviews, but I have more bad experiences than good at this place. Order a drink and 2 orders from Mozz Sticks. 10 minutes later they only come with the drink... and I was told, “You have to go to the app to get your money back,” because they are out. That's cool! Can't do anything about it, but I asked if they could simply replace it with something of the same value. I was told, "Naw you need go on the app to get your money back." I'm not gonna worry, but I'm sure I'm not back up there.

For the most part, the service is pretty good. So I give them 4 stars. I'm just problem is sometimes they don't get the little details right. As if you ask for spices and get nothing or if you ask them to go easily or simply on the ice and still with your 30oz cup almost 3/4 or a little more full of ice on. So I pay $3 for ice cream??

Ordered via the app and none of the 5 stalls tried would work in the app. Then we never got our food after waiting more than 20 minutes and asking the staff several times. Waste of time and money.Food: 1/5
