Krispy Kreme - Dallas

I visited this location today around 3 PM and found that they were in the process of cleaning the machines. Unfortunately, they only had one dozen donuts available for purchase, even though I had hoped for more. However, the gentleman who helped me was incredibly nice and very apologetic about the situation. He offered me the dozen donuts at half price, which was a wonderful way to make the customer happy and demonstrate excellent service. I didn’t catch his name, but he truly exemplified how to value a customer. I will definitely return to this location. Thank you!

I visited Krispy Kreme for the first time and had a disappointing experience. I wanted to order a dozen original donuts without glaze to cut down on sugar, as their official Twitter account indicated this was possible when the hot sign was on. Unfortunately, the woman at the counter, who was already being rude, informed me that they don’t offer that option and instead tried to push the glazed donuts on me, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. It seems their claims were not true. It was a waste of gas and time. My visit was at 8:40 AM on May 30, 2022. From reading other reviews, it appears they haven’t addressed this issue, which has persisted for over two years.

Come on...what can I say...you just can't go wrong with these donuts. Great selection. Always great service. YUMMY. I want some more now?
