Bidra med feedbackWe were hungry for some KFC. We got there about 2:00pm and it was not very crowded. Our casher Marquess was very friendly and took our order and got us taken care of. Our order came out in just a few minutes, our food was hot and good. We are in the Dining room which was very clean. We enjoyed our lunch very much.
We haven?t had KFC for in a while so we pulled in for some dinner. The service was fast. However, the chicken was too greasy and tasted like the grease hadn?t been changed in a while. The portion size has gone way down but that is happening everywhere. The potatoes and gravy were not good at all.
I ordered lunch for my office, but there was a mix-up with my order. I returned to the restaurant, and Trenton was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. It’s great to see that there are still some restaurants that value their customers' time and are willing to assist when mistakes happen. Yes, I had to make a second trip, but they handled it well in the end. Kudos to Trenton—he deserves a raise!
Every time I order from this restaurant, the staff is always friendly and the food is served hot and fresh. I would go out of my way, passing two other KFC locations on the way, just to come to this one for the excellent service and quality food.
I ordered a 5-piece tender box with two sides, a drink, and two dipping sauces, along with a pot pie meal. When I arrived, the staff informed me that there were no pot pies available. I asked if I could substitute it for a large potato and gravy, which she agreed to. However, I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my order. Once I got home, I found that the potato was more like a small serving, drowning in gravy (see photos below). I also didn't receive any dipping sauces, and the tenders were soggy. While the taste was decent, it’s frustrating to pay $16 for that. Next time, I think I’ll head to Cindy’s Kitchen down the street for some delicious, hot, and crispy chicken!
