Jasper’s Uptown - Dallas

Food was excellent. Different flavors and not just another high end restaurant. Menu options give you a chance to try something different and amazing!! Service was great too, and you can tell the chefs took pride in the dishes they were puttingout.

Our servers name was Candice, she was great!!!! The food, the atmosphere, and the drinks were excellent. I had the venison, and my wife had the lamb. So tender! The Mac Cheese is probably the best I?ve ever had. I would definitely recommend to anyone.The bread and butter they give out at the beginning of the meal are delicious as well.

This review was written for abacus. not jaspers. I suppose jaspers took over anacus, but I don't think it's the same menu. came last night with two other couples. overall we had a very good experience and a pleasant eating. to the greatest part I would give five stars for everything we ate. the duck special was my favorite of the night. the Picasso roll was fresh and delicious. I loved the caffe brunei dessert. the pommes were a pleasantly decadent surprise. I liked the risotto, but probably it wouldn't order again. the brittle spits were great. I ordered the secret garden cocktail. it was delicious perfection. I would probably never order another cocktail there as long as it was on the menu. I found some things about the service gradies. it took a while to go. the host does not provide the menus. we had to wait for the server that welcomed us first and later brought drinks menus. only a cocktail and a wine menu for a table of six. That wasn't enough. we really needed one or two more. we were there about thirty minutes before we ran out drinks. I wish we could have got drunk menus if we were gonna sit down so we could have ordered faster. once we get our drinks, everything went super smoothly. I liked we weren't rushed. everything was perfect. in a way it felt very European, as our meal lasted about 2.5 hours. our server was very nice and has made a great job overall. it was really just the first thirty minutes I found strange. fortunately, we were in a big society, so it doesn't bother me more than a passing . the ambiente of the restaurant was nice when a little dated. the restaurant as a whole lacked the modern feeling that I am used to. Nothing necessarily does not agree with it, since eating certainly has maintained, but I think it could use a bit of updating in the decoration and atmosphere department. Overall, it was a great experience and I would come back when I felt like a splurge. what, to this thema, I will say that I feel it should be a -$restaurant and not a label. from the price point to the atmosphere, it did not feel like most restaurants I often have.

Jasper is the place to be. You need to add this restaurant to your places to try the list. Jasper's Uptown could be your favorite. The ambience is amazing and the staff is ready to make your experience exceptional.
