If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. The two ladies in the front looked at each other and said you take them… then she proceeded to say sorry were closed at 2:30 it was 2:39 and the hour sign read closed at 10pm. I will be taking further action as I felt discriminated against.

I came in and ordered all was great until they forgot some of the food I ordered when they brought out my food. Besides that all was good .Vegetarian options: They have symbols on the menu that say if something is vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: It's a nice kid friendly area and I remember coming here as a kid. I recently moved from California and tried this IHOP in my area. Was skeptical as in CA was not a great place to go to; however, my kids were hungry and I was lazy so off went. The food was served quick and hot. The taste was not bad and they cooked everything decent. I would recommend this place if in the area.Food: 5/5

My steak was horrible, it tasted like it was cooked on the same grill as liver and had a similar taste. The pancakes were very thin and not fluffy at all. Also the hash browns were very mushy like mash potatoes in the center.Food: 1/5

The worst experience, there were 4 orders at my table, a cockroach came out in the chicken and waffles plate and a white hair in the waffle, 2 of the dishes were chicken and waffles, the 2 of the 2 chicken orders were dry and overcooked or they were already over fried, we stopped eating immediately notify my waiter and he just said oh sorry and brought me my receipt. I paid the total, but I did not receive a replacement meal or any apology from the manager on duty. I do not intend to return to that place.
