Humperdinks Nw Highway - Dallas

Great eating, loved that they gave us an option for a Thanksgiving menu when so many are closed!

We had a nice time dining here. Food was good, waiter attended us with prompt and courteous service. A lot of tv's to watch any game. Overall I'd say I would recommend and return to this Humperdinks.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The food and service was fine, however our suv was broken into while we were having dinner. In broad daylight our seats and packages were stolen. They do not have working surveillance in parking lot. After talking with some of the staff they admitted this is kinda common. Even some of the staff has had their cars broken into more than once.

It took a while for things to get sorted out, and the waiter made several trips to our table to check on the situation. I eventually asked to speak with the manager, who took another 20 minutes to come over. He explained that the kitchen manager was the one causing the issues. We received a menu with the sides, but it took half an hour after that for our food to finally arrive. It all seemed like it could have been easily managed, but they just couldn’t get it right in time for the holiday meal. When we first arrived, I thought we'd found a great place—spacious, not crowded, and the food looked promising. However, they just seemed overwhelmed and unprepared for this special occasion.

We visited for Thanksgiving dinner and had a wonderful experience. We arrived with reservations and were seated right away. As always, it was fantastic. I love that everything is all-you-can-eat!
