Einstein Bros. Bagels - Dallas

Einstein was my favorite base location until I recently treated a “spotted” species. not only myself, but one of the employees and all of another coworker who worked there. I do not think I have ever experienced racial profiling and treatment in the way I have done it here. I have made complaints online and can believe them, no call back or email. I am disappointed to say at least, but I will not stop at the fb or a stone customer service line. I am not angry at all just very disappointed that this happens to me and the young lady who works there. it was very embarrassing and I owe it.

I went in today to get a bagel and there was a group of teenage girls with a parent sitting on the high table with out shoes. they wore what seemed to be dirty pjs, it seems as if they just rolled out. they had raised their dirty feet on other chairs, it was really disgusting

Huge drop in the quality of the bagels. not sure what has happened and the journey is no longer worth. they can now get much better quality in food business.

They are always from certain bagels and they will not learn to prepare more for some favorite items.

1st time in this Einstein. It was after 1:30 so the place was empty; staff had enough time to clean it but chose to ignore the dirty eating area. Not up to the level of other Einstein restaurants. I was disappointed.
