Great place. Great service and delicious ice cream ?

I came here on Friday for an impromptu sweet treat and received really great customer service from the young man who did my scoops! Although the mint chocolate chip, tasted a bit more like cookies and cream to me *sigh*, I still enjoyed the ice cream (the cookie dough was superb) and waffle bowl, and again, the service was top notch!

I found strings of hair in my ice cream I go back in the store the employee tell me it’s plastic.. she didn’t offer me another Ice Cream made me pay for another single bowl .. I thought baskin Robbin offers friendly service I guess not

Two days in a row I came into this particular store because it’s right next to a salon I go to. The first day I came in the female employee who was working was unfriendly to say the least. I thought okay…maybe she was just having a bad day, totally understandable as everyone has their bad days.My opinion has completely changed after coming back the second day with the same rude employee with a horrible attitude. I rarely leave reviews and when I do, they’re positive ones. Unfortunately this is not one of them.I won’t be returning to this location.

This place clearly doesn't want any business. I've been trying to order an ice cream cake for the past hour and their website doesn't work and they won't answer the phone. I'm ordering from somewhere else now.
