Bangkok City Restaurant - Dallas

The restaurant has over 12 vegan options to choose from. my man and I have eaten twice here. eating is not expensive and the portion sizes are very big! I had a lot to take home. my man ordered the curry with brown rice and I ordered a vegan guide with brown rice. the personal is very competent, professional and friendly. the personal had taken the erdnus allergy of my man very much.

Do Not under any circumstances stop here. The customer SERVICE is horrible. The manager middle aged Grey haired lady, whom I'm only describing this way because she refused to give me her name. I ordered pad see eww, which apparently there was an old menu, I was given a more expensive menu with more Inflated prices. I was told the lunch was the same price as the dinner but unable to get the soup/salad. Once I opened the container and it was not a lunch portion. I told her I was dissatisfied, she offered me the salad or the soup that I was not privy to prior to. I asked for a refund she told me no because I'd already ordered it. I told her this isn't good customer service and asked for a refund she told me no, and refused to give me her name. She was nasty, unprofessional and displayed poor business acumen. I'll NEVER visit this place again. I'll also let all of my co workers

Great curry and fried rice. And the price is reasonable. I always get it to go, so can't be definitive on service, but the kitchen is not very fast.

Loved it. The food was awesome. The service top notch. The atmosphere on point. Some of the curry could have had more bite, but didn't keep me from eating all of it. And the duck and pork, delicious!Food: 5/5
