Bird's Smokehouse Bbq - DALEVILLE

We absolutely love this place!! The food, customer service, and atmosphere are all top notch!! Their seasonal cobblers are phenomenal too!! Highly recommend!

Everything was A+, but the pulled brisket and cornbread were next level! I'm from the south, where our bbq is vinegar based, but their sauce selection was fantastic. If you're passing through or new to the area, check them out! You will not regret it.

Go elsewhere if you want good BBQ because they literally give you NO BBQ sauce!!!! This is what my chicken looked like and I asked for EXTRA BBQ sauce. They should change their name to Byrd’s Meats because you get no BBQ sauce here. If I wanted flavorless chicken I would’ve cooked at home!
