Bidra med feedbackOn Saturday, November 6th, I visited the restaurant while I was in the car and a bit preoccupied. When it was my turn to order, I decided on a party package. I was asked to move aside and assured that my order would be ready when I was ready. However, after waiting 15 minutes, I had to check on the status of my order, and to my surprise, they hadn’t even started it. Meanwhile, other customers were being served both before and after me. I was quite frustrated, especially since the quality of the simple taco I finally received was disappointing. I wasn’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience, and I received a receipt that required me to return to the store for my order. Thank you, but I won't be coming back. It was evident that at least five employees could have managed the situation better.
The staff was extremely friendly, and my food was prepared quickly. They accommodated special requests, like omitting tomatoes, with a positive attitude and took care in their preparation. The restroom was clean, and the parking lot was tidy and free of litter. I returned the next day for a small order and once again received excellent service.
