Jack's - Dadeville

I came through the drive through at 9pm and they were out of salad according to the cashier. This is not new when it comes to this location. Every time at night, they say there are out of something but other locations, I never had this problem. I had to get a big jack tonight and wanted bacon with cheese and they got that wrong as well. Worst location and will not be getting my money anymore. Stay away from there and go get a Big Mac across the way instead

The ranch was very watered down and the chicken was oily. The fries were extra salty. Milkshake to chunky

Asked to wait ten minutes for the chicken “to be cooked fresh” AFTER we paid, and it took 20 minutes to get our food. Everything was lukewarm. They didn’t bring our drinks so when we asked for those, she said she’d bring them back out. 3 minutes later I went inside to check and the worker was just doing other things so I had to get it myself. Fries tasted old and unseasoned. I am full and angry I wasted $27 on two meals

I ordered the cheeseburger meal...the fries were too salty so I didn't eat those...but before I got home my stomach was hurting me so bad and I was bloated..I started vomiting and the next day woke up with severe diarrhea..I had got food poison..and since that was all I ate that day..im thinking it happened by eating the cheeseburger...I will never go there again..I live in Dadeville Ala...and this restaurantis really getting bad. On top of that..the heavy set lady and this young boy were going back and forth at each other.....he was saying he hated the job..right in front of a customer..That should have been my clue..to just drive off.atthcheeseburger

Me and my husband decided to dine in which is something we rarely do for Breakfast. When telling the heavy set cashier they forgot my husband's hash rounds she rudely said he didn't order a combo. Upon showing her the receipt that he did, she crumbled the receipt and tossed it at me. Handed me my hash rounds with a glare and no apologies. We won't dine in again.
