Dunkin' - Dacula

Every single time I go there is always a 50% chance my order will be right. All I ask for is ice coffee with little or no ice. Didn't think it would be very difficult to NOT put ice in coffee.

Poor poor poor. Asked for an iced decaf drink and donuts. In return got a hot drink and it was caffeinated. Couldn?t drink it. The donuts were old and stale. Rude service and no type of customer experience training. Do not come to this house place. Explains why they never have a wait time.

Donuts were okay. But the Wmployees must learn to observe language there when customers and especially children are. I heard one of the guys behind the counter dropped the F bomb a few times while I was in there.

I am not a bad criticism, but recently the employees in this industry have shown no interest in their work. This branch is located near our house and we want to pass as it is so close, but they have almost every order made at this point. I ask the management team to motivate their employees. We ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Where's the cream cheese? And the bagel was hard and not even freshly roasted?

My wife and I love our Dunkin Donuts in the a.m./p.m. Do not remember a time when there was a problem with all participating Dunkin Donuts.
