Lone Star Bbq - Cypress

I gave them a try recently and was highly disappointed, definitely wont be going back.. The portion size of meat was small and every piece of my brisket was mostly fat, the baked beans tasted like they came out of a can and the potato salad had a bad taste like it was going bad.. The burnt ends were good and the sauce was good that’s the only positive. Also I will add I have lived in Texas most my life and know what Texas BBQ should taste like and this wasn’t it..

Amazing chicken nachos!!! I wanted to try the brisket but it was all gone. I will go back to try it for sure, but it will honestly be hard to not have the chicken again. Super friendly service as well!!

Visiting from Vegas and I wanted to try some TEXAS barbecue. I was told to go here. I’m so glad I did . For starters the young lady gave me free burnt rib tips for waiting... DELICIOUS . I ordered the pulled pork and it was moist and flavorful. I also ordered the brisket which melted in my mouth. I topped it off by ordering some sausage. After biting into them I noticed it was stuffed with peppers and cheese !!!! I truly think the young lady was trying to kill me because she then came out and said “ here, try my ribs”!!!!! I don’t even have the time to talk about the bake beans full of meat.... I’m sorry I didn’t get the woman’s name but she was really nice .... like u were at one of your buddies house and his mom or wife was cooking in the back yard
