Imperial China Diner - Cypress

First and last time ordering and it was 45 minutes before closing. I never received my food or a phone call. Now I have to call tomorrow to get a refund. I will never order here again and truly hope this place goes out of business soon. Horrible business. I’d give zero stars if it was an option.

Ordered delivery,sweet and sour chicken with fried rice The chicken was mostly greasy batter and the rice was greasy and tasteless,the ratings were under 4.I will never order anything that isn't almost a five ,most were 3.6 on different sites,had a discount so I tried them

The menu was inaccurate. Some items contained seafood but this was not mentioned in the description.

Love this place!!! Amazing food and service and prices are good too. They have great vegan/vegetarian options. Portions are a good size as well. My friends and I visit here frequently and we have a great experience every time. Thank you for being such a great place!!!Vegetarian options: Great vegan/vegetarian options! The restaurant had prompt service and well-maintained tables. The food arrived quickly and was served hot, but it was lacking in flavor. While it was clearly Chinese cuisine, it wouldn't be my top choice.
