Little Caesars Pizza In Qu - cy

We stop at Little Caesar's when we are traveling quite often. They are quick and reasonable. We tried the new menu item, Crazy Puffs. My husband likes them, but I am not a deep dish fan, so it wasn't my taste. This particular store was very under par as far as staff and cleanliness. The man that took our order was very rude. I can understand when they are very busy and a clerk is short or even has a bad attitude, but nobody came in the whole time we waited. I also noted that when our food was ready, we saw the man that took our order refuse to bring it out. Another employee came from the back to give us our food. My husband and I both own service-based businesses. That type of behavior is unacceptable. .

This store needs an update in the worst way. They also need a bigger parking lot. It's just not safe in there whether driving or walking.

Great employees...however, if you're going to ask for a tip on every purchase please take the time to cut the pizza correctly. Nobody wants curved slices...some of which are one inch, some are six inches. None are square. Get it right or stop asking for tips.

All in all a good place, you get what you expect, the could pay a bit more attention to the drive up pick up window.

I liked it more when they were around 5$ out the door now its more like 8$ for large maybe more w taxes
