Bidra med feedbackExperience in the theory I had it. the girl who helped me had the worst job. she couldn't take her airpods out of her ears to treat me as a customer. it was as if there was work, an inconvenience. extremely small portions compared to normal hardly a spoon of anything. very disappointed by the experience tonight.
Food is good when they make it right this location is very stingy on giving you anything. Also walked in there at 2pm one day no one was there to serve me, ended up leaving and going somewhere else since no one behind the counter
Ordered online. When I got home one whole meal- quesadilla chips/queso side/salsa missing. When I called was told yes there had been mess up and person before me was given one of my bags. Offered to refund missing food. Someone who wanted any chance of keeping customers would have realized what a major inconvenience this is and offered to comp whole check which was just one more meal. Nacho meal we did get was flavorless and dry. No plans to return here, guess Chipotle remains only game in town until Qdoba (my fav) comes to area.Over a week later now and no refund issued. Have to contact again- what a mess this place is.
They never have enough workers here. There is always just one person behind the counter and they work EXTREMELY slow. I mean I don’t blame them since they are definitely over worked. Management needs to schedule at least 2-3 people to make food for customers because if a line forms then wait can easily be 30 minutes. Ridiculous!!!!
I was there to pick up catered food for a client. I've never actually had the pleasure of eating there.
