Definitely their strong piece are the first: excellent carbonara as already told by many, and cacio and pepper was creamy with pepper in abundance. the other courses have satisfied us less, we tried different fries and pork , in no restaurant roman you need thin sliced pork like any cooked ham but in big slices. improved service; apart from yuri, the guy who served us the rest of the staff seemed absent. but not exceptional.
