Terra Madre Ristorante was inaugurated in 2005, influenced by the classic Italian cuisine, the creativity of Brazilian cuisine and the delicate French finishing, where it was nominated as a revelation of the year, with five awards as the best restaurant of Veja Curitiba magazine and three of Gula magazine. The restaurant has one of the most talented chefs of its generation: Lenin Palhano Appetizer: We chose “Nossa Caprese” because it is a light dish and because we simply love caprese, it was a great starter: Arugula Salat, Italian tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. Main dishes: Agnolotti with Rabbit Ragout, a kind of ravioli only smaller, the pasta was Stupendous! Thin, super delicate, crumble in the mouth and super light. Mignon with fatuccine and parmesan: Pasta “al dente” with undeniably delicious parmesan sauce and a perfect mignon! Dessert: We chose Merengue with red fruits and Nougat cream. Merengue with red fruits is a great dessert for those who do not want something very sweet, with cream slightly sweet with the softness of red fruits, really one of the best desserts we have ever tasted. The Nougat cream is a little sweeter but super creamy with nougat taste. It is advisable to make reservations several days before. In short, the experience is fantastic for culinary lovers and it has an excellent service!

Too pretentious for what you get. I had the mignon with fettuccini and it was ok, a little underwhelming.

Minha experiência foi muito boa! Pedi um fish do dia com risoto de limão siciliano e estava muito flavoroso. Or peixe was cute, sem espinhos and com muito tempero. Or risoto was creamy and slightly flavored by limão. O outro prato was um carbonara, that também estava delicious. O restaurant stava limpo e o atendimento foi impecável. Tem stationa conveniado cerca ao estabelecimento, mas tem vagas disponíveis na rua. Com certitude voltaria!
