Palapas And Grill - Cumming

Had a nice lunch date here on the weekend. First visit and was pleasantly surprised by the good service and great food! The inside and outside patio were both nice areas, the food portions were generous and the chips and cheese dip and salsa were all delicious! The medium margarita size is enormous, I was extremely surprised but it was also $10 for the Texas and $12 for the swirled. No complaints at all, the menu just doesn’t show the costs so I wanted to share. Overall, very happy with our visit and we will come again! :

This company recently catered my wedding and I could not have been more impressed. Ozzie and Brenda and Joel were so helpful and accommodating when we were forced to change venues at the last second. You can tell that they genuinely value their customers and will go the distance to make sure everyone is happy. A taco bar was set up at the wedding with a few servers and we got so many compliments on not only the food but the staff as well! They also stepped it up a notch by not bringing the typical metal pans for the food, but the beautiful spread that they use for their Sunday brunch buffet. It definitely helped add to the overall feel of the new venue. We also rented a margarita machine Joel and Ozzie made this process a breeze, assisted in mixing the batches, and made sure everyone had a fantastic time. I cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant or the owners. Well done, guys! If anyone is looking at Palapas for their catering needs, I highly recommend! Check out the Sunday brunch, as well!

Recently had our second experience here and the food and drinks are always flavorful, delicious, and served in large portions. (Even my boyfriend's large appetite is left with take overs. Choices are displayed on beautiful menus. The service is friendly and fast and the restaurant is very well staffed. The decor is nicely done. There is a good amount of seating, though it's an intimate sized space. Hope to return and try more of the menu. Highly recommend

Great food! Really nice spot for Mexican food in the Cumming/ Sugar Hill area. The portions are a lot smaller than most Mexican restaurants I've been too, but the food is very delicious. I had the chicken chimichanga I had just cut into the corner of it in the picture used fork as a scale). Although it's much smaller than any chimichanga I've had at any other place, it is very flavorful and filling.

Love the food and the margarita are very delicious and mighty.
