O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Cumming

Wasn't to bad. Service was okay food was okay. It was a Sunday so the Sunday crowd was out in full force. Made some time uncomfortable.

Good food and a great experience. I got a burger, which was great. My wife got a steak which was surprisingly great as well. Our experience was made even better by the attentive service from Brett K. He went above and beyond to make suggestions and fulfill our requests. We will be asking for him to take care of us the next time we return!

Dinner was great but the service was even better! Ashley was our server and she was the sweetest person I have ever had as my server!! And very efficient at doing her job. If you are dinning here I would recommend trying to ask for her! Best service I?ve had in a long time!

Top notch service tonight from our server, Ashley. She went above and beyond for us. Our dessert was PERFECT!!!

Service was slow to start. When food finally came out it was over cooked and wreaked of cigarette smoke. Very disappointed. Order steak medium and it came out past well done. Ribs were cooked so long they dried out and started cracking leaving little shards of bone in meat making ribs basically inedible. Gave two stars because waitress kept our drinks topped off and the rolls with butter were yummy.
