Applebee's Grill - Cumming

The manager set us and he was rude. We ordered the combo for appetizer and because they didn't have chips he would let us have it even tho we said we don't need the chips. Our food was cold. To top it off my wife and I both have food positing and we know it's from there because it was the last thing we ate and haven't eaten since last night at 730pm.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and it looked like the meat was intended for a slider. The menu said it had two 3 1/2 ounce patties and there is no possible way both of them together weighed that much. Not only were they tiny and cooked into a hockey puck but the fries were cold and the bun was hard. There?s nothing positive I can tell you about this $12 hamburger. When I brought it to the staffs attention, said it looks nothing like the photo in the menu. They said yea and charged me anyway.

Veterans are respected here! Enjoyed a meal today and had great service! The 6 oz sirloin was made to order along with two sides?nice! The baby back ribs were very good for the price, just a little dry and a bit too much sauce. Lots of fries and a side of broccoli made me full!

This $13 double cheeseburger had meat that was so tiny. It look like it belonged on a slider. It had been cooked into a hockey puck. It was barely edible. I showed it to the server and they said yes the photo in the menu was a marketing gimmick. Even though multiple times I made them aware that I was not happy with the food. I still got charged full price. I paid it but won?t go back.

We ordered 2 sizzling platters as advertised on tv for $10.99. We always order water to drink. We planned on spending around $25.00 and when the bill came it was $36.00 so we asked for the manager. He was extremely rude, combative and argued when we tried to talk to him. He would not even listen to us, just kept interrupting us. He did not make any adjustment on the bill, so we paid the $36.00, tipped the waiter $5 and will never go there again. Also advised our 3 children with their families not to go there. Bottom line, for $11.00 he lost 4 families as customers . Maybe they need a different manager!!!!! ALERT I gave them ONE star but when I posted it, they changed it to 4 stars. BOO Applebees
