Azalea Asian Cuisine Sushi - Cumberland

I ordered a few times from here. The food is always delicious, but I was so disappointed tonight that I wanted to post on this topic: bad customer service. I ordered the lemongrass chicken dinner without vegetables, but with extra lemongrass sauce. When I wanted to confirm this, the restaurant manager and chef said that I had to pay extra for the sauce, and as I had already paid, they could not accommodate me. So, I said, Well, doesn't it matter that I save you money by not having vegetables in my plate? Isn't it good that I want a little extra sauce? The manager was sincerely disappointed. I can't believe it. How ridiculous. You told me I could have something extra, but nothing more. How do they not understand rationality?

Nothing I'm begging about. All typical Chinese dishes u find everywhere. Who knows what you eat. In sauce and sugar drunk and whatever else they'll spray everything in themselves. As for sushi, it's good. You never have what's on your menu. The reels are okay, but there's nothing special about them. The place and decor as a whole seems simply dingy. The service is decent, but of course difficult to communicate. Parking is good, but who cares at this point. Lower line... You don't eat anything great and the kitchen doesn't matter and it shows. No reason to go back unless you're a local and if you don't mind eating things.

Served for lunch and served a terrible meal. I ordered the General Tso's Shrimp and received General Tso's Chicken instead. I told the waitress and then after only 5 minutes, a plate of soggy and warm (not hot) General Tso's Shrimp was served with very muddy Fried Rice and room temperature chicken fingers. The fried rice was almost like potatoes. The food quality is gone!!!! I visited this restaurant and for years? when it was known? Jackies Galaxy?. I will never return and wanted to speak with you my experience because I never have any excuses, only contradictions!

The food was so good. The waitress was very nice. I had scorpion as a drink that was good) then had some appetizers with main course. I recommend you try the coconut shrimp that they were delicious!!! Overall the food was very good and the place was nice and clean. I also like the tables are not too close together. I definitely recommend it!

Great environment delicious food! But I wish they had sharper knives and bigger plates
