Bidra med feedbackAs a loyal customer, it’s disheartening to see the same treatment meted out to others as well. Do I need to name names? The head cook is currently running the place into the ground. I genuinely hope the owner gains some perspective and hires a competent chef and manager before the restaurant loses its entire customer base. It’s crucial for the owner to realize that customers are the reason they’re in business, and the establishment has been declining in recent years due to this attitude and management issues.
Where do I even begin? This restaurant is poorly managed. I had a restaurant.com certificate—I'll elaborate on that later—and thought I'd give this place another shot despite a previous negative experience and many unfavorable reviews. Additionally, the owner, Susie Mahler, was quite unpleasant.
I believe Cafe Max is a fantastic dining spot. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is also very welcoming. I highly recommend bringing children, as they will be entertained by the toys and coloring activities available at Cafe Max. I've been there several times, and they always seat me right in front of the play area.
