Panera Bread - Culpeper

I used to work here and this is the first time I've been at this place in years and Jesus is this the definition of Meh. The hot sandwiches are worse off being baked vs using the panini press. Panera it's self is just a mediocre value for what you get. I honestly have no reason to go here now VS other restaurants in my area.

Paid 14 dollars for a asian salad. Only to get a tiny container with 4 bites of salad. I wish i could upload the pic. It is insane if that is really 14 dollars for such a small container of mostly

Gave me the wrong food and forgot a few things. Also paid with cash and was never given a receipt. Pretty sure it’s supposed to be given to you. She also repeated my order back to me and had it right so not sure what happened.Forgot my water bottle, a yogurt in my the kids meal(had two kids meals and they only gave one), and gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered 3 Mac n cheese and guess how many spoons they gave me? 2 lolNo napkinsNeedless to say I’m not happy with service is allFood was goodFor $45 I expected better I guess

Customer service here was very kind and welcoming! This isn't my usual Panera, closer to where I work so I stopped in for lunch. The gentleman at the counter was so patient as I ordered for multiple people and the employees who prepared my order went out of their way to bag it in a convenient way for me. The manager Chad apologized for the wait, which I didn't even mind at all as we ordered multiple items. Overall one of the nicest customer service interactions I've had in a while!

I found the Mediterranean bowl to be steep in price, considering it’s filled with assembled ingredients, not prepared food as I would have liked and expected from a big chain restaurant.
