Burger King - Cullman

I ordered an egg cheese croissant, sandwich was cool. They asked them to warm up in the microwave. Customer service was great.

I don?t normally write reviews but I will this time. Their inside hours say 8:00pm I get there at 6:40 and the doors are locked. As I was fixing to walk off they opened the doors to let someone leave. So I asked them if I could order something to go and they said no that the inside closed at 6:30. I told them that I had a trailer that would not fit in the drive through and they still said that I could not come in and that I had to use the drive through. I will not support a business that is not willing to accommodate everyone. Especially when there was still people in there eating.

This place is so slow, it's almost up there on the good hope wendy's level of slow. The staff is rude and can't follow simple instructions for your order and forget to give people in the drive through parts of the order... I don't recommend this place at all if you want fast food with a correct order.

Food was good and hot. But the floor and tables were dirty. Top of ice machine was left off and leaning against the wall.

Incompetent employees. You got a job. This is the assembly of foods as described on a screen. I don't understand why they can't work right there. It's ridiculous and unacceptable. If I don't do my job right, I'll be fired. Management doesn't seem important. And that's just unacceptable.
