Bidra med feedbackI ate here because it was close to where I was. Here are my thoughts: PROs: The menu will be displayed outside so you can see what is offered and the prices before. Beautiful ambience, candlestick outside. A bar next door plays... dolling Mexican music. Extensive menu with varied breakfast and dinner crepe and enchilada attracts salads to dessert crepes and waffles variety of natural juices and smoothies, as well as Frappe and cappuccinos. I had the chicken enchiladas and they ordered me a combination of red and green. They were good, but small. The dessert waffle was okay. CONs: It was a little expensive...100 pesos for a dessert waffle. Overall it was okay. I definitely liked the chicken enchiladas more than the dessert waffle item, but would not return as more appetizing decisions are a short taxi ride away. Hopefully it helps! Happy dinner!
I tried the chess waffle. I've learned different things, doesn't necessarily mean good. Others in our group were satisfied with their decisions. Would rather go to breakfast, but it usually looks pretty busy.
I love the concept and the menu is quite original, but the portions are bad, I had the wafflezza a waffle pizza like) and the ingredients were sooo little to ask for more of course. The service is friendly... but the atmosphere is somewhat sad and they refuse to illuminate the place unless all tables are taken.
This is an insult to a professional waffles/crepes house. The crepes are not prepare at the moment, reheated in microwave so they are hard to cut and chewy. The so called fresh fruit is canned. Coffee averaged. Service bad, had to wait after our breakfast...was served to have our cutlery. Paint coming out of the walls, area for kids=dark corner room with plastic chairs. Make yourself a favor and stay away!
The Wafflería is a small restaurant that is often crowded at weekend brunch. The best time to go is during the week to get one of the few tables without a wait. The bistro style restaurant is located in a strip mall with fair parking...allocations. Once inside the seating is on a patio with no view other than adjoining businesses. The food has always been excellent and the coffee is some of the best in town. Service can be a bit slow, so order your second cup of coffee before you need it. Even with the ambiance shortcomings, I have been to the Wafflería many times and keep going back because quality the food and coffee is so good!
