Chuck E. Cheese's - Crystal Lake

Its not the chucks I remember growing up. Most fun you can have is get tuned up and chase around the rat.

I enjoy this Chuck E.Cheese we always go to this one. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is very clean and food is always fresh. We have a blast everytime.

My kids loved the birthday party that they attended here. They had so much fun!

Came in tonight 10/23 around 6:30 because it was my daughters birthday. We waited in the front for about five minutes before someone attended to us..even said hello at loud and nobody came..Multiple times people walked up to the counter and the staff was hanging out in the back leaving the counter unattended and people would walk away because nobody was helping them. Everyone acted like they’d rather be anywhere else than at work. The only polite person was the guy with the longer blonde hair. I was just really put off by the fact that 80% of the time your counter was unattended.. 8:15 came around and they were cleaning all the games making everyone feel we had to rush out I understand that you close at nine but you still had kids playing and it made them feel like they couldn’t anymore and for what people are paying you should let them play..Usually love this location but your staff tonight needs to be talked to especially the girl who was supposed to be working the counter her attitude was the worst! Should probably not be working around kids! Pizza was delicious however!

Love that they still have the anamatronic and chuck e came out every hour. I didn't even have to ask. Very nice Staff. Very clean.
