Mcdonald's - Crum Lynne

The service at the window was a bit slow, but the food was fresh and served hot!

I've visited this restaurant three times. The first time, my coffee was cold. On my second visit, I had to wait five minutes for another person to be served, so I decided to leave. On my third visit, I waited 20 minutes in line.

The female cashier and the woman who handed me my food in the car were not wearing masks. My chicken nuggets were burnt, and the service was rude. I definitely do not recommend this location. I suggest going to another McDonald’s instead.

I really think they could change my order before I paid. Everything was right and tastes good. The staff was professional and friendly.

Been coming here for a while, and service has always been pretty mediocre but nothing to complain about. Today the girl operating the register was like 2 points above Forrest Gump. I tell her NO sugar in the iced coffee and they put extra. I go back in to get it remade, and the other girl tells me there's no ice. I looked over at the ice machine at the coffee station and guess what? There was ice. Don't go here, rude staff, and management should probably do iq testing before putting someone on a register.
