Starbucks - Croydon

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and well-informed. The coffee is superior to that of other establishments, in my opinion. I always feel warmly welcomed when I come here.

The Starbucks at this specific location has had some ongoing staff issues, with employees frequently leaving and new ones arriving. It is worth noting that some of the staff have unconventional appearances, with facial piercings and tattoos. However, I must give credit to Endri and the blonde lady from Turkey Sevda, as they go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience at this establishment.

During a busy Friday lunch rush, the restaurant was severely understaffed with only 2 servers. I waited a long time to be served as they were preoccupied with fulfilling online orders. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive my drink after placing my order. The restaurant has a nice refurbishment, but the poor service really detracts from the overall experience.

5* Service from Nikolas (Greek guy with glasses. Apologies if I misspelled your name . I asked him to pick a drink for me(and make it vegan . Drink was lovely-mocha with oat latte, decaffeinated coffee and ginger syrup. If you have a sweet tooth, like I had today, go for it : Thanks !

Well, lets start from tast of my Americano which was nice as always thanks to the lovely barista at desk till the agressive manager started to shout at one of the customers saying you can not move the indoor chair to outside, I dont wanna talk about how shocked was the person seeing the manger is shouting at her and being supper aggresive and rude , but I would like to mentiond that The manager name *Juana* not sure about the correct spelling tho, exuse to him if it is wrong , he is supper unpofessional and very agressive, he keeps shouting and walking around very stressfull, he is so unprofessional and I am not sure how he has been hired as a manager when he has no manner to treat customers and provide a good custome service, evenif he is right about moving the chairs outside but there is way to advise customer to do so not shouting at her and making everyone so uncomfortable in the cafee shop, so rude and impolite.
