Love Starbucks super friendly and of course yummy.. the line can get long but they tend to move quick

Lately every time I go to this Starbucks I get a rude worker that flipped me off this afternoon after I late her know that her tone was rude and when I told the assistant manager they didn?t seem to care my drink where made wrong. I will never go back to this Starbucks again this have been three times. Last time I went I was there ten min before they closed they wouldn?t let me place my drink order cuz they closed in ten min worst Starbucks ever

Stop at Starbucks got a drink that was $6.07 gave the cashier 20.07 she handed me my drink and not my change I asked her if I could have my change $14.00. I told her that?s she good but not that good for $14.00 tip. I asked her several times for my change. then she was trying to tell me that I gave her a $10.00 I told her no I gave you $20.07. I finally got my $14.00 back. Then I handed her a $10.00 for the seconds Order . all of sudden She left the register and some guy came to window and wanted to know what the problem is I said all I wanted was my $14.00 change. then he told me that i was being rude i was not being rude all i want was my change wow. Then he told my i owed 5.75 for second order and i told him I gave the cashier the $10.00 and that's when she walk away. I don't know what she did with $10.00 , he finally gave me the change from the $10.00. I won?t be back

Employees are always extremely rude and there is always a line that takes at least 15 mins. Not to mention they won't make your drink the way you ask, like every other coffee shop happily does. It sucks. Go to Caribou Coffee across the road instead!

Good coffee, the manager is very friendly, but one of the employees that works the window just threw away my registered Starbucks card and I had just gotten it for my birthday. Made me sad. ???? Make sure to ask they don?t throw them away before you give it!!
