We don't usually leave reviews! But... we have to fry! We can't say enough about Hectors in Crosby! If we could give more stars, we would! We ordered chicken and beef fajita dinner for 60 ppl for an event. From the first offer, to call back and schedule our order, the delivery and pickup was all EXCELLENT! The price was reasonable. They delivered on time. Customer service is amazing!! They brought the food to food warmers and the food remained warm all night! The food was amazing! The fajita meat was so delicate and simply melted in our mouth! The beans, rice and Queso were just as delicious! Chips and salsa were delicious! We never walked out of food. They brought all spices, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, they call it! Plates napkins, cups, cutlery. They even brought ice and a pack of aluminum shells for our remains that we did not expect and we were very grateful for it. Everything we needed was there! The sweet tea was also pretty good! Everyone was impressed and asked us where we ordered the food. Of course we told all HECTORS in Crosby. Thank you. Hectors for help make our event unforgettable! We appreciate everything! You rock! We will definitely order from this restaurant again! Eat people there that you will not be disappointed!!

I was received like if I was at home. Employees are very friendly, helpful, polite, the food was in my table so quick. The food was to much! And delicious! Thank you! For making me feel like if I was at home.

My word! The customer service of this place is out of this world! I have food allergies like milk and cumin. Going to a Mexican food restaurant is hit or miss. If I find a place that doesn't make me sick I'll frequent but when i moved i had to find a new place. My first trip to this place I told them I wanted to see what they put in their green sauce. When i said i can't have sour cream he said i will make you some. The chef personally created me a green sauce on the spot that was amazing! My food came out quick and turned out it had cheese. I told them I couldn't eat it and he brought me some amazing flautas in 3 mins! I'm not only tipping them big, I'm a customer for life!

This is an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant that my family and I go to at least once a year for my nieces birthday party. They put a sombrero on you and give you a dessert and smashed it in your face which is very funny! My kids loved the food my husband loved the food it's really hard not to like the food there because everything is good. I had the pastor quesadillas and my husband had the beef fajitas which is really great!

I have always loved the food and service here. Queso is amazing and love the jalapenos served with it. I have tried several dishes and was never disappointed with any of them. Definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant ever.
