Mcdonald's - Creve Coeur

Date: 09/27/2022, Time: 6 PM I ordered the new chicken sandwich, but it seemed like it had been sitting in the warmer for far too long—it was hard as a rock, dark brown, and nearly burnt. The hamburger patties for the two plain cheeseburgers I ordered for my son were as tough as hockey pucks. To top it off, the fries were ice cold. There's really no excuse for serving such poor quality food. Having worked at McDonald's for 8 years, I know how things should be running in the kitchen. They seem to just cook a bunch of food, put it in warmers and steamers, and then stand around doing nothing. The manager on duty should be embarrassed. When you pay $12 for a fast food meal, you expect it to be hot and fresh. On a positive note, the drive-thru attendant was very friendly.

The woman who picked us up at 11:30 was exceptionally friendly, which really took me by surprise, haha. She made my evening! The food was excellent and served promptly as well.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. It's currently 3 AM, and they are supposed to be open 24 hours. There were three cars in front of us in the drive-thru, and as we got closer, they informed us that it was breakfast only and they only accepted cash. Then, before we could even place our order, they told us they were closed! They claimed their system has issues every night after midnight, which I have experienced three times now. Save your money and steer clear of this location; it is poorly run and badly managed. I have made complaints to corporate about my experiences. I recommend the McDonald's in Dorset instead; they are much more customer-friendly.

I visited this restaurant at 4 PM yesterday. The cashier was friendly, so I appreciate his service. However, I didn’t receive a receipt, and I ordered a Big Mac without cheese. It’s been a long time since I last went to McDonald's, and I guess the menu has changed because it seems a Big Mac no longer comes with cheese by default. Without a receipt, I can't participate in the survey. I’ll definitely think twice before coming here again.

I'm grateful that I don't live close by, as I wouldn’t want to return. After reading numerous reviews, it appears that this restaurant has gained a reputation for offering low-quality food. It's truly disappointing.
