I am conflicted. I waited in line for 30 minutes to get my food. 7 different vehicles left the drive-thru line because they were tired of waiting to order their food. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, but if you are short staffed then the Owner should consider coming in and helping their employees because these type of wait times for fast food are unacceptable. Or, consider changing your operating hours if you can’t afford to have employees here to meet customer needs. This isn’t the first instance that I have experienced this. The last 2 times I came here, it took me anywhere from 15-20 minutes to get my food. However, my food is always fresh and delicious. Also, the staff are considerate and constantly apologize for the wait times and never give me any kind of hassle when asking for extra sauces or if I need to make any changes to my order. Owner, get inside your store and HELP your employees. You have a great staff and great quality food but these wait times are going to kill you.
Fast service and nice young man who picks up my order. the food was great and had luck getting rid of who were super fresh and hot. the best experience I had so far.
Fries were cold, charges for cheese no cheese, they forgot the kids drink had to ask for it, almost forgot the fries .... restrooms were cleanish. Would not recommend
I ordered an Impossible Whopper, and typically, I’ve had issues with Burger King messing that up—like using the wrong patty or adding bacon despite my request for none. But here, they made sure to meet all my needs, even returning to the window to confirm if it was okay to add cheese (since I might have been vegan, though I recently transitioned to vegetarian). I was really impressed! Keep up the fantastic work!
