Tim Hortons - Creighton

I drove for 6 hours and wanted to get something to eat and use a washroom. I was first told to knock on the door, and no one was in the washroom. Then I was told they didn't have a key. Then I was told the key was broken of in the lock. Witch it wasn't. Then I was told that it was not cleaned up. Another censor came in using a Cane and wasn't even acknowledged by the staff. I explained to him that the staff was very rude and not going to let us use the toilet. The sidewalk was a sheet of ice. I was not impressed with the service inside. They served the drive-through people and ignored the inside customer's .I have never been treated like this before. Even in third world countries. So a big thumbs down for this place, and I will never return. As a censor I'm told disgusted how we were treated

Wanted breakfast and there was no food available. Only a few donuts and muffins. No explanation at all. Wow!!

Food is alright. The machines are often not working when I want a specific drink.

Very busy place. Gas station also is attached to building owners Peter Ballentyne Band. ?

Tim Hortons can be relied upon anywhere you go. They have upgraded the food items and the coffee is still fine. Too bad they closed the stores in my home state of Maine.
