I pulled around the side door and someone miraculously found my food but didn 't supply the drink that was ordered (btw I did get thedrink eventually) and when I got home, none of the sauce I ordered was in the bag. Boo Hiss on this joint.
My family's food was wrong after it finally was fixed I was still missing an item for my order. Other people continuously kept coming back after checking their food, one customer had said her husband is allergic to tomatoes and there was tomatoes on histaco.
Ive tried multiple times to order from this location and everytime im missing at least 1 item from my order and the food is thrown together and messy as all get out
Manager named Robert extremely unprofessional. I am a vegetarian and my order was prepared full of meat despite clear instructions not to put meat. I had to drive back to the location to address the issue and get my food replaced. I asked for the manager’s information and the guy wrote his name of my food paper bag. Also he was rude enough to suggest that it is customer’s responsibility to check the food not ours since we get a lot of orders. (The location was nearly empty with at least 7 employees working on the shift when I went). I will keep sharing my experience for this location. Employees have got better attitude than their manager.
Cashier was extremely unfriendly and asked to take the man behind me since I needed time to “know what I wanted”. She had been tapping her fingers on the register since I’d walked through the door/ if you’re having a bad day or ready to leave your shift, don’t show it. Walked right out
