Wendy's - Cranbrook

The food at this restaurant was not up to my expectations.

I generally enjoy the food at Wendy's, as it is usually pretty decent. However, I find that the service is lacking and feels rushed in a rude manner, rather than just being busy like typical fast food restaurants. Additionally, I have noticed inconsistent delivery services, which I believe to be the biggest downfall. Despite these issues, the good enough food still keeps me coming back.

Do these people even know how to grill ground beef? I've worked at Wendy's when I was a teen. Their beef is fresh ? and it's grilled. What I had was as if the beef was steamed. Not disgusting, didn't make me sick. Just not cooked properly, no caramelization on the beef, a steamed bun, just a soggy mess. Not appropriate for a Wendy's. Wendy's franchise should make sure that their franchisor knows what it means to run a Wendy's!!!!!
